Clubhouse Information

The Clubhouse is the central meeting place for Briarmeadow and is also available to be rented by residents for private parties such as weddings, birthdays, family reunions, etc. It is also the precinct polling place for both general and primary elections.

Clubhouse Rental

The Clubhouse may be rented at almost anytime if it is not previously booked.  Rental fees are $175 for a day or night event. A $300 deposit is also required and refundable as long as the clubhouse is left very clean and keys are returned promptly.

For Children's Birthday Parties a special rental rate of $25 is available for a two-hour party. An $300 deposit is required and will be refunded if the clubhouse is left very clean and keys are returned promptly. 

Check the calendar to verify availability.  To rent the clubhouse simply fill out the Clubhouse Agreement then send or drop off, along with your payment, to KRJ Management, ATTN: Miguel Triana, 1800 Augusta, Suite 200, Houston, TX, 77057.
