• Happy New Year! Next HOA Board Meeting is on Tuesday, January 13

Briarmeadow Homeowners' Association Board meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month throughout the year. They take place at the Briarmeadow clubhouse on 3203 Freshmeadows Drive at six p.m. January's meeting is on Tuesday the 13th. The meetings are open to the public. Homeowners and residents are welcome and encouraged to attend.

• HPD Differential Response Team 

The DRT is a special squad in the Houston Police force that focuses on quality-of-life issues. They do not respond to emergencies - 911 is for that.  The DRT addresses diverse problems such as un-kept lots, residential improprieties, apartment complex ordinance violations, environmental lawlessness and business licensing regulations, as well as responding to crime problems as identified through crime analysis. • Key Fob Distribution

To obtain a pool key fob, please complete and submit the Key Fob Registration Form and the Fob Agreement and Terms of Use form and submit them either:

1. By email to Emily.Sanchez@genesiscommunity.com, or

2. By mail to the office:

You may also visit the Genesis office Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, to drop off the completed forms and payment. Once they confirm your account is current, you will be able to receive your key fob during your visit.

• New Management Company for Briarmeadow Homeowners 

Genesis Community Management was selected by the HOA Board to assume management of Briarmeadow, effective July 1, 2025. All homeowners who have registered an email address with the HOA should have already received an introductory email from Genesis. Laurissa Beaty is the new association manager, and she invites you all to reach out to her at (713) 953-0808 or via email at Laurissa@GenesisCommunity.com.

Introducing the Genesis Management App

The Genesis Management app is designed to make managing your account and accessing community information simple and convenient. Through the app, you can:

- Pay your maintenance fees

- Access important community documents

- View updates and announcements from your Board

- Monitor your account status in real-time

The app is available for download from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.  Simply search for Genesis Management to get started. You can also access the same features on the desktop version through the Homeowner Portal at www.genesiscommunity.com.

Homeowner Portal Invitation

Homeowners should have already received a separate email from noreply@genesiscommunity.com inviting you to join the Genesis Homeowner Portal. Please accept this invitation, as it will provide access to both the Genesis Management app and the Homeowner Portal through their website.  This portal will be your go-to resource for managing your account, making payments, and staying up to date with community news.

The HOA expects a seamless transition with no disruption in any of the neighborhood services.
