• Briarmeadow Trash Pickup after Hurricane Beryl: Update 7/26

GFL is Briarmeadow's trash and recycling contractor, and they will be picking up household and heavy trash today, Thursday the 18th, as they are normally scheduled to do.

Note: GFL will pick up bagged lawn debris on heavy trash days (Thursday) only, and only three bags of lawn debris will be picked up each Thursday. However, County Precinct One is accepting debris drop-off at the following locations starting Wednesday, July 17 from 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, Monday – Friday until further notice. Additional locations may be added later. Debris accepted includes vegetative, construction, and demolition debris ONLY. The locations are:

Hutcheson Park, 15530 Miller Rd 1, Houston, TX 77049 – Vegetative debris only

Miller Road Service Center, 5400 Lockwood Dr, Houston, TX 77026 – Vegetative, construction, and demolition        debris accepted

Hurricane Debris: The City of Houston is responsible for hurricane debris. Currently the contractor has completed one pass through the neighborhood and will make at least one more pass. We do not know when this will come. The contractor will be picking up fences or other non-vegetation debris. Make sure the two are separated, and move all hurricane debris to the edge of the street on the curb for it to be picked up. The city contractor will not gather debris from the backyards or clean up the front yards.

• Homeowners' Board Meeting on July 9th Canceled. Next Meeting is August 13th.

The Briarmeadow Board meeting tonight is canceled as we all continue to recover from Hurricane Beryl.

 The next HOA Board meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 13th. To remind you all, the Board meetings are open to everyone- homeowner, resident, or visitor. 

The meetings are monthly, and the date is set as the second Tuesday of each month. The meeting place is always at the clubhouse on 3203 Freshmeadows Dr (the same location as the pool); and we always meet at six p.m.
