Clubhouse Information

The Clubhouse, located at 3203 Freshmeadows Drive, is the central meeting place for Briarmeadow and is also available to be rented by residents for private parties such as weddings, birthdays, family reunions, etc. It is also the precinct polling place for both general and primary elections.

Clubhouse Rental

The Clubhouse may be rented at almost anytime if it is not previously booked.  Rental fees are $100 for three hours and $300 for a full day. There is a $300 security deposit that is returned provided the clubhouse is cleaned after use and there is no damage.

Check the calendar to verify availability.  To rent the clubhouse simply fill out the Clubhouse Agreement then send or drop off, along with your payment, to KRJ Management, ATTN: Miguel Triana, 1800 Augusta, Suite 200, Houston, TX, 77057.
