We came within 70 votes of obtaining a quorum for the Annual Meeting tonight (10/14). Because we were relatively close, the Board has decided to extend the deadline for qualifying for the drawing for free dues until 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 21. Any member in good standing who returns a ballot or proxy by that time may enter his or her name in the drawing for free dues next year (a potential savings of $610). If we have not obtained a quorum by then, the drawing will indeed be cancelled...

The Annual Meeting of the Briarmeadow HOA will be
take place at 8:00p on Tuesday, October 14th at the clubhouse.It is very important that you complete your ballot or proxy and return it to the Briarmeadow office at or before the meeting on October 14th. IF we get a quorum at the
meeting on October 14th, every homeowner (in good standing who has returned
a ballot or proxy at or before the meeting on October 14) may enter his or her
name in a drawing, the winner of which will be exempt from paying maintenance
fees next year. A potential savings of $610!!!
