Clubhouse

The Clubhouse is the central meeting place for Briarmeadow and is also available to be rented by residents for private parties such as weddings, birthdays, family reunions, etc. Call the office for details. It is also the precinct polling place for both general elections and primaries.

Clubhouse Rentals

The Clubhouse can be rented at almost anytime if it is not previously committed. Rental fees are $175.00 for a day or night event with a $300.00 deposit required.

For Children's Birthday Parties a special rental rate of $25.00 is available for a (2) hour party. A $85.00 deposit is required and will be refunded if the clubhouse is left very clean and keys returned promptly.

Check the calendar or call (713-781-7536) to check current availability, then fill out the Clubhouse Agreement to rent the facility for a party or event.
