"Spring Fling" Pool Opening Party
Saturday, May 15, 2010, 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The Briarmeadow Homeowners’ Association will host a "Spring Fling" Pool Opening Party on Saturday, May 15, 2010, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Briarmeadow Pool and Clubhouse. The "Spring Fling" will be the perfect opportunity for residents to catch up with their neighbors and cool off in our swimming pool. There will be a raffle for an iPod Shuffle, and we will serve hamburgers and hot dogs. "No Soliciting" signs will also be available for purchase at the party.

The Board of Directors has been working diligently on revising the By-Laws and Deed Restrictions. The proposed documents will be available at http://www.briarmeadow.org prior to May 15, 2010, and Board Members will be present at the "Spring Fling" to discuss the changes and to begin gathering the signatures needed for the approval of the Amended Deed Restrictions.

We will also have the finalized Neighborhood Street Reconstruction Petitions ready to begin gathering signatures. This is the process where we are requesting from the City of Houston (for FREE) new streets, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, street lights and, where needed, an increase in the capacity of underground storm sewer infrastructure.

New residents or those residents who have lost their pool tags may complete pool applications and receive tags at the party or may visit http://www.briarmeadow.org to complete the pool application in advance. Any residents who have not paid all outstanding homeowners’ association dues and fees will not be allowed to use the pool
