About the Newsletters

We welcome suggestions from residents for newsletter information. Please submit them to the Director of Communications. Each month, we feature a Neighbor of the Month, a Yard of the Month, and we include stories and photos of past and upcoming neighborhood events. We also cover news of the board meetings and security information.

Advertising in our Newsletters

Sponsors for the newsletter are welcome to help us reduce the costs of printing and still keep up the frequency of publishing.

~ Estimated publication cycle is monthly. Ads must run unchanged in consecutive editions or individual edition rates go into effect. Positioning of the ads on the pages is determined by editor for each edition, although generally will stay in same place.
Newsletter and inserts is delivered to approximately 700 residents and is sent electronically (pdf) to over 350 residents.

Submitting an Ad
The following is the basic process for submitting a newsletter ad...

  • Drop off or send your ad (paper or electronic) with a check made out to the "Briarmeadow Homeowners' Association" to Briarmeadow HOA c/o KRJ Management, 1800 Augusta, Suite 200, Housotn, TX 77057.
  • Include what size ad you'd like the ad to be and how many editions you'd like to run it for.
  • We will then scan or digitally paste the ad into the newsletter
  • You can also send electronic/digital copies of your ad to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it (as long as the ad is not bigger than 2MB)
