The Briarmeadow Homeowners' Association welcomes you to our community and would like to acquaint you with some of our features and activities. This website will provide you information about our subdivision that will be helpful to both residents and visitors.

Briarmeadow started development here in Southwest Houston in 1957. It has grown continuously ever since. We have 684 homes and are a diverse and close-knit community. Most of us believe we truly have a small town feel yet are located very convenient to all the things a big city offers.

The Homeowners' Association is managed by a board of eleven directors, with four officers. The daily activities of the Association are managed by a management company named KRJ Management, Inc.

In October, there is a general meeting for all residents at which the budget for the coming year is presented and new directors elected. The Board of Directors meets the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM in the Clubhouse, and every resident is encouraged to participate in these meetings and is welcome at any time.

The Briarmeadow Patrol provides non-emergency response 24 hours a day, every day of the year with off-duty HPD officers patrolling the neighborhood. To report any emergency or suspicious activities please call 713-825-2522. The phone is in the patrol car, and the officer will respond. They also keep a vacation watch over your home while you are away. A Vacation Watch form is available at the Clubhouse or on this website.
