New Smoking Policy
Last Updated on May 15, 2009
Based upon overwhelming medical evidence regarding the health risks associated with second hand smoke, and our desire to provide residents and their guests with the best and safest possible experience when utilizing the Briarmeadow Clubhouse and Pool, the Briarmeadow HOA Board of Directors last evening adopted a formal Smoking Policy. Effective immediately, smoking is strictly prohibited in the following locations: (1) anywhere inside the Clubhouse; (2) anywhere inside the gated/fenced area of the swimming pool; and (3) within 25 feet of any entrance to the Clubhouse or Swimming Pool. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in adhering to these rules and helping us provide an experience and environment that can be safely enjoyed by all.
