Prohibited Parking Requirement Area Application

The Briarmeadow Homeowners’ Association, Inc. has submitted an ap-plication for the establishment of a Prohibited Yard Parking Requirement Area (Section 28-303 of the Houston Code of Ordinances) for ALL FRONT AND SIDE YARDS OF ALL STREETS LOCATED IN THE BRIARMEADOW SUBDIVISION, SECTION 1 AND SECTION 2, with the Houston Planning and Development Department. Without limitation of the foregoing, the application covers almost all Briarmeadow streets.

Once established, violating the Prohibited Yard Parking Requirement Area will be a misdemeanor and violators will receive a fine not to exceed $150.00 a day.

Family Co-Op Info Updates (June 2009)

The Co-op is made up of Briarmeadow families with young children. We host parties for kids and parents, host mom's night out dinners at various local restaurants, plan children’s playdates, and offer a babysitting co-op. There is a $20 annual membership fee per family. Spring Fling Pool Party A Splashing Success

What a great turn out we had for the pool party this year. I personally have not seen that many residents at the pool in a long time. I hope everyone enjoyed the food and fun!
