Early Voting for March 2 Primary Starts February 16

The Democratic Primary will be held March 2, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Briarmeadow Charter School, 3601 Dunvale 77063.
 
The Republican Primary will be held March 2, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Briarmeadow Clubhouse, 3203 Freshmeadows 77063.
 
You can find a Sample Ballot for both the Democratic and Republican Primaries by visiting http://www.harrisvotes.org/
 
To find your specific ballot, click on the link "Find Your Election Day Poll and View Voter Specific Ballot", then put in your name and address and select whether you will be voting in the Democratic or Republican Primary.

Annual District G - CIP Meeting Set for March 3 6:00 p.m.

Upcoming Annual District G Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) Meeting

The Houston City Council District G Annual CIP (Capital Improvement Plan) meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, March 3 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.  It will be held at the Paul Revere Middle School, 10502 Briar Forest Drive 77042 (just west of Sam Houston Beltway 8) in the school's auditorium.

Briarmeadow residents are encouraged to attend to support several area proposed CIP Projects:

Family Co-Op Info Updates (January 2010)

2010 Plans – Join Us! The Family Co-op has some new, fun ideas for nextyear: a book club; Bible study; speaker series with topics such as wine tasting, a public and private school overview, organizational skills, parenting tips,first aid and CPR, among others; and beautifying the Briarmeadow clubhouse and pool area. We’ll continue to host parties for kids and parents, host mom's night out dinners, and plan children’s playdates.

The Family Co-op year starts over in January, and we’d love to have you join us. There is a $30 annual membership fee per family, and the membership form is on-line (see the Family Co-op page onthe Briarmeadow website). Forward your membership form and your $30 check made out to the Briarmeadow Family Co-op to Natalie Meador at 7623 Pagewood.
