"No Soliciting" Signs For Sale

The Briarmeadow Patrol has recently seen an increase in the number of complaints regarding solicitors in the neighborhood.  Because the officers cannot issue a citation or make an arrest unless a solicitor has been warned not to enter the property, the presence of a "No Soliciting" sign will both deter solicitors from knocking on residents’ doors and assist in the enforcement of criminal trespass laws.  Our officers can make a much stronger case for the issuance of a citation or an arrest if a home has a "No Soliciting" sign.  The Board of Directors is happy to announce that "No Soliciting" signs with the Briarmeadow Logo are available for purchase for $20.  The signs are 12" wide and 4" tall and are made of heavy duty aluminum.  These tasteful signs can be attached to the front of your home and will serve as notice to solicitors not to enter your property.  If you are interested in purchasing a "No Soliciting" sign, please respond to this e-mail to Director Philip McDaniel to arrange for payment and delivery. Adult Swim - Not Before 12 on Mondays

A message to all Briarmeadow "adult swimmers". Effective August 24, 2009, there will be no swimming (by anyone) allowed on Mondays prior to 12:00 noon. The pool is cleaned every Monday between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. and our pool guy has a hard time getting everything vacuumed if someone is in the pool or someone has just been in the pool (dirt is floating around un-settled from the movement of swimmers). If you choose to swim at noon on Mondays, please be advised that the chlorine levels may possibly be higher than normal if the pool needs to be shocked that day.
